Hi,
I have configured Service Desk in Solution Manager and email notification when the user status is going to be changed.
While creating message in satellite system, message is coming to solution manger service desk with automatic assignment of Sold-to-Party and Reported by, But not Message Processor and Support Team.
In SAP standard configuration functionality, Is it possible of getting automatic assignment of Message Processor depends on component which was selected by message creator in satellite system and mail notification for the same.

As per above link from SAP Help, itu2019s saying that, the system automatically assigns the support message to the appropriate support level,
If it is possible in standard configuration, can anyone help to achieve this?

to assign support teams automatically you have also to maintain the organizationell modell and to activate the business partner/organisation integration.
