progress monitor for a project with WBS structure

Hi Experts

In case of project structure with WBS only, how the progress can be recorded?

Ex: For one package, the plan can be 1 month. by the end of first two weeks, how the progress can be recorded?

I believe that, in such case, we have to use network activity to record the progess of completion or anticipated duration of remaining work.

Need expert comment.

With WBS is also possible but network activeity gives more flexibility. Please read below help.
