Hi SRM Gurus,

System SRM 5.5, SP014, AP (IPC) 7.0, ECC 6.0.

Bidder is not able to respond his bid.

I have sent a quotation to the bidder and bidder has received it. Bidder is not able to respond his bid.

Getting errors

1) End date has been reached. The submission deadline has passed

2) Interface data contains errors

I will appreciate your help.

Can you see the bid invitation? check starting dates

Hi Muthu,

I am very thankful to you for your quick response. I have checked all dates also. It is not working. giving same message.

I have defined number ranges for Local bids and assigned to document type Vendor Bid BUS2202.

Any other solutions.

Double check all the dates?

is it for all Bid inviatation or only one BI?

Hope you can see BI but disabled right?

Hi Muthu,

Yes, your right. This is for all BI. I have given End date 2011 (2years). I have checked couple of times.

Number ranges also I have changed. Still same error.

Any help Please. Some one focuses light on this issue. Highly appreciate.

If you decide to respond to a bid invitation, you choose Create Bid. may be some date issue

send your bid invitation basic data screen?

and also bidder view of biinvitation .

is it prib\vate bid inviatation?

as an additional check ask yr basis person to check SRM server & ECC server date format settings

& user parameters for date defaults
