Please help us in identifying a standard table which we can refer in order to access processed file names for a sender file adapter scenario.

Unless you explicitly store the filename in a table you cannot have the name using some ABPA Table...
But in this forum I have also read about the class cl_xms_persist where you can do something to fetch the dynamic configuration of a message...Just have a look at it and see whether you can get some help out of it.. You need to see this class in PI ABAP box...
Also search SDN for more info on this class

File name is given at Java stack only means at Runtime Workbench only file name information is not given in any of the table means at ABAP satck ....even you can not get the file name at SXMB_MONI also . ...you can just view the processed xml data only at MONI .
