Former Member

Hi,

We have developed an Invoice in SmartForm which will display data in English and Thai Language. We have seperate Paragraph and Character Formats for them defined in one SmartStyle.

Now depending on the language some free text are maintained we have defined the conditions with TEXT outputs and displaying in THAI or ENGLISH Language.

The text which is hard coded in the Invoice (wether in English or in Thai) is displaying properly. But the text coming from data base on which we have put conditions based on language is having problem. The Thai characters are printing properly but English text is coming in smaller font.

Please help.... and thanks in advance

Hi,

Are both in the same case. This is because if one is in uppercase and other in lower case also, for the same font size they look different

No Actually the Font size is same for both. still the ENglish text is displaying very small compared to Thai text.

and this is for the texts where data is coming dynamically.

Hardcoded texts are displaying and printing properlly in both fonts.

see,

it depends on what font you are using as well.. arial size 10 is not same as times new roman 10, which is not same as verdana 10.. so keep this in mind..
