Problem in production

HI All,

We have problem in our production portal.We had created webdynpro iviews in portal.

yesturday Some changes done in backend system (upgradations of service packs).After upgradation done in backend

the applications in portal are not working properly.

it showing different symbols like

..[] [] * *.... in dropdowns like this it showing the data in symbols format.

Can any one have an idea about this issue.

Hi,

Have you restarted the portal server after patch is applied in backend?

This is neccessary some time to clear the cache in portal.

Check after restarting the portal server.

We restarted the portal server yesturday but still we are facing the same problem.

Do you have any idea about this..
