We are working on SRM 4 , classic scenario . The problem we are facing now is when the cart is in approval process and if a approver rejects any line item then he should enter the notes for rejection. If he wont enter the notes for rejection we are populating a custom error message. But for particualr user this functionality is not working. If he rejects the line item with out any notes of approval then he is able to order the cart.
We are getting the detals from BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL, from E_ITEM.. E_ITEM contains DEDUCT_IND which will have X if the line item is rejected , it is getting pouplated correclty for all the users apart from one user? can any say what is the problem ???
