Runtime Error

Hello Experts ,

We are on ECC 6.0 with Oracle 10g . We are getting a problem as a runtime error named ITS_ERRMSG_EXCEPTION with the following Message

The ITS service "BWWF_WI_DECI" had to be terminated because the Web AS has sent

the following error message:

Error message: " Transaction CONT is unknown"

Message type: "E"

Please let me know the analysis ,

Can you refer the following

1. Note 1282828 - Error messages "ITS_ERRMSG_EXCEPTION"

2. Note 1049024 - Error messages "ITS_ERRMSG_EXCEPTION" (2)

3. Note 1034093 - Error messages "ITS_ERRMSG_EXCEPTION"

Hi Shan,

I'm experiencing same error as Pavan. I've checked all notes you've posted and even more findable on OSS, but no luck. The notes are not applicable on the ECC 6.0 system or on the SRM system either.

There are lot of dumps like this, no user complained really, but 100 ITS_ERRMSG_EXCEPTION seems quite a lot to me.

I'd appreciate any other idea what the cause might be.
