Hi Guys
We have running the standard report in our production systems, Maxium of the user getting the correct format.
But some of the user getting report in Excel format.
Please any one help me to resolve this issue.

What's that correct format?
If only few users getting in excel format that means....these user does not have all required prequisites to print/generate report using that correct format.

Check his layout/display config?... theres not enough information on this thread to give you an accurate answer.
