I would like to add a user to SRM using the BAPI and insert that newly added user into an SRM organizational structure for approval purposes.
Which BAPI api do I use to accomplish both tasks?

Hi Jonathan,
you can try function BBP_USER_CREATECP to create a new user in org structure. This will create all needed objects (US, BP, S, CP).

This is an internal function, so there is no documentation.
Usually, only BAPIs are documented.
