E-recruitment External Candidate Authorization for Custom Webdynpro Applns

Hi,

I have added custom infotypes to E-recruitment. Created Custom Webdynpro applications and added in Config. it is working fine for internal candidates but not for external candidates. It says "You are not authorized to execute this function"

Is this authorization for New Infotype / New WDApplication. How do i give this Authorization.
