SRM 7.0: Send e-mail for WI

Hi guys,

we have upgraded from SRM 5 to SRM 7.

In SRM 5 we used report RSWUWFMLEC to send collective notication as e-mail to the agents. We used the old report RSWUWFMLEC because only this report was able to send the e-mail in the communacation language of the recipient.

Newer reports RSWUWFML and RSWUWFML2 were not able to use the communication language of the recipient for the mail creation.

All these reports cannot be used in SRM 7 because they build the HTTP link to the Inbox/UWL in the mail with old Web service names like bbpstart

My question now is: Is there a report available in SRM 7 that has the same functionality. The link in the e-mail must point to the UWL in Portal or direct to the work item.

Following programs are used in SRM 7.0.

Send report: /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND

Inbound processing: /SAPSRM/CL_OFFLINEAPP_INBOUND
