how to resolove rfc errors

I am getting the below log message in devrfc.trc

Please let me know what could be the reason for the below error.

Thanks for your reply .

But what could be reason of throwing the "No Memory Execption ", and the error occurance is not frequent with the same scenario with 2GB JVM memory.

Hi, Ravikiran!

According to SAP-Help the reason for this is that no memory is available for table being imported.
