Run Time Error in PA10 and PA20

we recently have upgraded our HR system from 4.6c to ECC 5.0.i am facing a problem in my new dev client

1.In PA10 (Personnel File),when i try to display data for a pernr,i am getting an error saying that infotype 122 doesnot exist.

2.Again in Pa20,when i try to display data for a custom infotype,it leads me to short dump saying that load program does not exist.

any help in this regard wud be appreciated.

1.Regarding PA10 please check out if the infotype is maintained(present in system with data in the table)

check if table t588m is maintained for that infotype
