Problems getting EWA

Hello, I have my solution manager and all my satellite systems OK, all the RFCs working fine. But when i try to get the EWA report y get the following error in the log of SDCCN:

have you updated your service definitions in SDCCN in solman and then from your monitored systems? ensure you have configured the master systems in your monitored systems to point to solman and solman points to SAP.

Check the SMSY settings in solution manager and the satellite system SDCCN settings. check whether the jobs are running in satellite systems for the EWA.

It seems like a lot of function modules are not found. Without more details, based on the SDCCN log, it looks like service definitions may have been deleted (because there are so many missing). You may want to review SAP Note 727998 - Complete replacement of service definitions for SDCC/SDCCN. This note describes the proceedure for deleting and the replacing the service definitions via the RFC SDCC_OSS. I would try this, because as I mentioned, it looks like you have many FM missing, so it looks like the Service Defintions may have been deleted, but not replaced.

Hi Hernan,

Please try referring to the following note for advice:

Note 781680 - SDCC/ SDCCN - Problems with function modules.

Also run RCCTOOL in your systems and make any necessary corrections.

Finally, update your ST-PI and ST-A/PI components in the system if possible.

Please run "RTCCTOOL" report on all SAP Systems and go through recommendation and implement it.
