Hi All,

iam creating sales order when iam saving this error is comming Maintain profit ctr in table ZPRCTRCONTA for IN

Plse tell me how to solve this.

Dear,

Use Tcode MM02 and goto SALES GENERAL PLANT TAB and check at bottom and check whether Profit center is maintained or not.

It is a standard feature that when you create sale order, system will check for profit center from the respective material master and it will populate the same. In your case, as already suggested, I feel, through some zee table, profit centers are maintained.

Go to SE16, key in the table ZPRCTRCONTA and check whether you have maintained the profit center for the material which you had keyed in, in the sale order. If not, maintain and retry to create a sale order.

Check the table ZPRCTRCONTA, it seems you need to add the profit center (and maybe more data) of the material(s) used on the sales order.

This looks to be a custom table (not SAP standard). Do you know the error message number you are getting when saving the sales order? Perhaps your ABAPer could help you debug the process.
