Looks your request is not clear as on what you are expecting. But if you are looking for Java system monitoring ...then
1. You can use your NWA to monitor
2. You can configure CCMS agent to track and alert on everything that's taking place in the system and that's critical
3. You can configure Solution Manager Diagnostic (SMD) agent through which you do End-to-End System monitoring
4. You can also Configure 'Wily Introscope' to monitor J2EE systems very closely.
