Customer Service - Service Order and Quatation creation

Deal all,

currently I am creating a Service order with multiple components. I want all of this components to be copied into a quotation(using t-code DP80). I have maintained a profile for this copying(T-Code ODP1) but what the system does is create a quotation with a single item (automatically with the material I have specified in the profile). Is there any possibility to have all of the components from the service order copied into the quotation?

Also you can select characteristic products in DIP profile,make tick mark to individual.

Hi Teodor,

In the DIP profile, please select the check box "Individual" in Material Determination. This will make sure that separate entry is generated for each component in the service order.

Check box "Individual" is checked in DIP profile, still system summarizes components into one single quotation item.

Edit: Characteristic Product is selected too.
