Check database not running through DB13

Hi Guys

Unable to run the Check database thorugh the DB13 in our Prod systems.

Please find the job log and reply any one ASAP.

OS: Windows 2003

Database : Oracle10g

SAP : SAP R/3 4.6C

Seems like a problem with the OPS$ users check SAP Note 400241
