Hi Experts,

I need some suggestion in Posting the IDOC.

Currently My R/3 System uses below details and post an IDOC to EDI system ( Name BIS_EU).

RFC Destination :- EDI (TCP/IP connection)

Port:- SAPPRD_4.1 ( File Port)

Partner Profiles :- 101,201,301,401 ( All of them has SHPMNT in Outbound tab and all uses same port SAPPRD_4.1)

Now I want to send the same IDOC with below details to the different EDI system which is not related to First EDI system ( Name BIS_US).

RFC Destination :- EDI_US (TCP/IP connection)

Port:- SAPDR ( File Port)

Partner Profiles :- 101,201,301,401 (Same partner profiles)

Can any please tell me how it is possible ?

Hi,

In your case you have Partner of type might be KU or LI but not LS to define one more Partner.

If you partner is of type LS means you can define one more partner No and you can add these details to that. But not that is the case for you.

So what you can do is, Use only one RFC Destination and port that created in both the EDI systems, You have to identify this in EDI system with program ID. So identify with Program ID in both the EDI systems.

So that both EDI Systems will receive the data on trigger in ECC.

Hi Seshagiri,

Two EDI systems are completely different from each other .. they both have different drive shares to post the messages ..

Takiing this in to account we cant create one RFC destination for both of them.

I think we defnietly need to give two RFC destinations and Two port numbers.

I am not sure about the program ID of EDI system. Can you tell me what it is excatly ?
