Downgrade JSPM on NW 71

Hi experts,

Can you help me with following problem?

During the installation of EHP1 for PI 71 using sapehpi, I am having some problems in the phase PREPARE_JSPM_QUEUE (All batch items are marked as AlreadyDeployed because of Version check). JSPM got updated in the first run, but because another SCA file was missing I had to restart the phase. Now it aborts stating that JSPM is already deployed?!

How do I get EHPI to skip updating JSPM or downgrade it so that EHPI will update it once again?

I already tried note 1287563, but setting /jspm/deployVersionRule = updateSameAndLower in jspm-srv_config.txt did not help.

Hi,

This should not be the issue. Check log in /usr/sap/<sid>/<instance>/SDM/program/log. Also in JSPM log directory.

Also, paste the log here.

Hello,

JSPM PI 7.1 has no SDM )

We solved it by starting the JSPM once on OS Level. I also put the Files from the note into EHPI/java/param.
