Settlement rule detail

Hi Friends,

Currently there are 3 type of projects (say start with X,Y,Z) we are using in current scenario and I need to find out the detail of WBS elements which is having settlement rule and which don't have settlement rule in one month period.

Any pointers

When settlement rule is created, system status of that object will be updated as SETC , so you can find which WBSE has settlement rule and which doesnt have

Ok thanks Ahemad,

But if I am taking the example of X type then in one month there are more than 1000 WBS elements created so it is difficult to to go and check manually

Is there any table field which will give the details of WBS whcih is having settlement rule and which don't have.

Run CN41 report, it will show the system status of each WBSE in report

You can use the selection profile on report mentioned by Ahmed.Use BS42 to configure selection profile with status as REL and SETC on WBS.Use this profile in CN41.(2ND last tab on top line, which says 'Status').this will pulll all WBS having status SETC.
