I am looking for a user-exit or BADI that exists in transaction vl03n and vl02n.

or check this BADI ..this is for Delivery Processing..

Alternatively,

YOu can go to se93 transaction, give your tcode and press diplay to find the Package/ Dev Class.

Go to smod transaction.

Enter * and press f4.

Press the Information system button on the pop up.

GIve the package name.

Press enter.

It would list the user exits available for that package.
