UNDO TABLESPACE SIZE

HI GURUJI

MY DATABASE SIZE IS 250GB IT IS PRODUCTION DATABASE AND MY UNDODATABASE IS 10GB IT IS OK SIZE OF UNDOTABALE SPACE FOR MY DATABASE,ON ORALCE10G AND MY ALL UNDO TABLES, MAX_EXTENTS is 32765

AND

MY UNDOTABLESPACE MANAGMET IS MENUAL AND THERE Max. extents 2,147,483,645

AND

MY SAP SYSTEM GIVE ERROR NUMER OF EXTENT THRESHOLD

IT IS OK OR NOT

PLEASE SAY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

PLEASE D'ONT SHOUT!

There is no relation between database size and undo size needed. The amount of changes (updates/inserts/deletes) per time dictates the size of your undo tablespace.

If this does not enlighten your situation, then please give us the exact error you have.

hi guruji

i found following error in dbacockpit / alert log file/segmet following error

Most allocated extents in any segmen 378 > 200 - 378 > 200: number of extents > threshold

please say wha i do
