Has any one seen this type of Error in CIF ?

Order type 6 Order number 001000681987 Method ( this is for Planned Order )

Suggest resolution for this....

Dear Pankaj,

This error 'A table entry already exists with this secondary key' = /SAPAPO/OM_ERROR 215

is created if the relational part of the liveCache issues a SQL error 250 (duplicate secondary key).

Up to APO 4.1, only the OrdMap table possesses a secondary key.

The error usually occurs when one attempts to create/change an order so that the secondary key would exist twice in the /SAPAPO/ORDMAP table.

This is not allowed in the system.

Also as described in note 500747

The error only occurs if the scheduling agreement is repeatedly transferred to APO.

. You have reset the number range in the R/3 System.

. You have connected another R/3 System to APO, however, the logical system is the same as the old R/3 System.

. You have set up the APO system by copy and did not delete all movement data in APO.

Also, please check carefully note 441671.

Hi pankaj,

For the location product having planned order,

check on the following

1) Whether integration model exists for planned order

2) Try creating a manual planned order in product view

and check it

3) Try running /sapapo/ccr for planned order and check

4) Check the master data of the item in the planned order

whether order type is maintained correctly

5) Check all the queues

6) Check the application logs of CIF whether any errors

are getting captured.

Hi Pankaj,

I understand that you are activating integration model for transaction data ( Planned orders or production orders).

There might have orders created before and now you are activating integration model for that pericular materials.

Please complete this order then you try to activate IM.

HI Kishor,

We have Batch Job set for CIF activity,

So we activate Material Master First and then Rest of Master data Objects.

Planned Order IM is activated after all Master data IM are activated.

Also i did not understand - "Complete order before activating Material master " Can u please explain that ?

Hi,

This order is created before IM active. When you try to activate IM for this, it try to send these orders to apo but same time it can not do the bothe so error occurs.

Complete the order means GI and GR completion flag ( Status of the order). Then you can activate the IM.
