samsmartforms-Barcode is not printing on the paper but no problm in preview

Hi Experts,

I have created a smartform for barcode printing. Previously it was working fine and barcode is also printing properly. Now we are facing the problem of barcode pritning. Barcode is coming in print preview properly but when we give to printer it is is not printing on the paper.

Please let me know if any solution for this.

Hi

Check with ur BASIS guys whether their were any Printer settings and Driver updates/deletion/changes, as u have said it was working fine b4. Try to print a Barcode from MSword n check to see u r correct ... else, it will be printer problem not capable of printing barcodes.

It means that something has changed, check the printer configuration (SAP side or printer side) with your admins
