Rejection note missing after Buyer rejection

Hi Experts,

The process is to enter rejection note when a Buyer rejects a PR.

But when the PR goes back to the requistioner, he does not find the rejection note enetered.

Could anyone tell me if they have encountered this problem before.

Also do we have any table/function module in the backend which will give notes/text maintained for a PR.

Hello,

Are you facing this issue in SRM system? I ask this because in SRM we do not have PRs and rejection notes. We have notes for approval in shopping cart.
