Missing data in SRM PO

Hi experts,

SRM 7.0.

We are trying to make the relevant settings for extended classic, and I am facing a problem regarding data in the SRM PO.

1. I create a hopping cart, with all the relevant data in the portal.

2. The SRM PO is created, but there are a lot of fields which is empty. On the item the fields procuct category, description and others, does not have any data?

3. If I look into the PO in transaction BBP_PD I can see thet the PO in here actually has data in the fields mentioned above?

4. If I look into tabel CRMD_ORDERADM_I I can see the data in the PO.

Problem: Is there some settings in customizing, I have to activate? It seems that all of the data is avalaible but not activated for the PO in the portal, even thought the data is in the tabels and in the po in transaction BBP_PD?

Hi Kim

The sc data helps to create a follow on document as PO so all the necessary data will be copied into Purchase order

What are the fields are empty in the purchase order . be specific.

Purchase order is mixture of master data and vendor data

can you see the Purchase order out put message in SRM.

Do you send all the necessary data to vendor . so that supplier can send the needed material to at your work place as you expected?
