ATP data analysis in sales order va01

In sales order vao1 i enterd a material 26462373727 and qty as 1 and storage location 5010.

Then the atp check screen poped up saying open quantity 1 and confirmed quantity 0.

then at the top application toolbar I pressed on ATP quantites and got the screen with the below data.

Totals display

Receipts 4

issues 1 confirmed issues 1

experts please tell me what exactly the above indicate , I am not able to understand.

Receipts ,issues ,confirmed issues,MRP-element ,MR-element-data,Rec/reqdqty,Confirmed,CumATPQTY..

Hey Beginner ,

Here it shows receipts: 4, it is because 1 in 5010 storage location & 3 in 5030 SL received into storage locations

Issues: 1, it is because against to the delivery 10.01.2009 1qty is issued

Confirmed issues: 1qty for delivery is confirmed that we can see in the confirmed column

Cum ATP qty: It shows the total available qty i.e. 3 from storage location 5030.

Simulated requirements: it shows the quantity that you have requested now in the sales order i.e in our case it is 1.

Displays the total receipts for the selected material at plant level. The system only takes into account receipts that are included in the scope of the check

Issue

Displays the total issues for the selected material at plant level. The system only takes into account issues that are included in the scope of the check.

Confirmed issuel

Displays the total committed issues, that is, the total quantity that has been committed.
