Hari,

This is normal. R/3 is informing you that some of the orders are relevant for APO BackOrderProcessing. R/3 will not reschedule these orders.

If you wish to reschedule these orders, use the appropriate APO transaction (/sapapo/bop).

Hi Hari Challa,

A sales order contains items that are relevant for planning in SCM APO.

There is an active integration model for transferring sales order data.

However, the order items do not carry out any availability check in SCM;

this occurs in ECC locally.

A change that is not relevant for demand is made; for example,

the ship-to party is changed. Even though the plant, the shipping point,

and the route are redetermined, and the ATP check is carried out again,

the data that is relevant for demand does not change.

After you save the change, it is not transferred to SCM, even though the

transfer of changes that are not relevant for demand is active.

In order to overcome this issue, try running report /sapapo/sdrqcr21

in SCM and recheck. If not cleared run /sapapo/ccr for sales order and

clear all the queues in ECC & SCM systems.

Please confirm your findings.
