MCSI Report

Hallo Group,

I got an issue with MCSI Report.

When I am running the MCSI report for info structure S559 (customer service level report), it shows the Delivery Quantity is greater than the sales order quantity.

So I am just worried what could be the reasons behind it, why the system behaving weiard??

Can anybody please let me know trhe implications?

Hi,

Run the tcode MC26.Enter yr info structure no. & update group.

Press enter-->Double click on delivry qty and check the update rules.

Such situation normaly happens if update rules are wrong or double updation has been as info structuer does not contains document no. and hence double updation of same document can not be validated.

Pls check and update the thread.
