Mass Tariffing of Materials with OGA-Codes

Hello Experts

Does anybody know, if there is a possibility to mass update products with OGA-Codes and Authorization Office Codes?

Example:

We have tariffed the product xyz with tariff code number 29419000. This tariff code number is linked with the Authorization Office Code 031 and 032 (Dual use Licence needed yes/no). The system asks now, which code should be used (031 or 032). You have select (e.g. for No-Dual Use product) manually that Code 031 should be inactive and code 032 should be active.

At the moment we maintain this rule manually for every single product. But we have to do that for around 4,000 products. Is there no mass update or other help available, to enter these information for more than a single product?

Hello,

then you GTS Consultant doesn't know everything.

At least for the OGA Codes 2 reports exist for mass updates:

/SAPSLL/PR_CORCTZ_UPDATE

/SAPSLL/PR_ENHANCED_CORCTZ_UPD

Afaik the first one is outdated, but working anyway.

Hi,

according to our GTS consultant - no.

Transaction MASS does not include this change.

We had also an issue with this (~800.000 products) and decided to go with a Z-table and to use the ADDA1 and ADDA3 field.
