Hi,
There isn't much left to do. You should have some mesages in the inbox that are unread so that the mail adapter will pick the message from inbox and will generate the output file. The inbox will be polled depending upon the time you have mentioned during your mail adapter configuration.
To test the scenario you can do one more thing. you can have one file to mail scenario which will generate a mail message and you can read back the same message using your above scenario. Hope iam clear.
