Hierarchy Search in Create iView in Portal

Hi All,

I have a pop up screen in the Create iView to search for Hierarchy Value. Whenever i search for a value in the hierarchy search screen, if the value is not a leaf node, then it doesn't should allow to expand that node and show its child.

For example if i have a Hierarchy

H1

I--- H2

I___ H3

If i search for H2.. i get H1

I___ H2 ... If i expand H2 i am not able to see H3.... Is this any setting issue that i need to do??

I am getting this issue when i try to search, when the complete Hierarchy structure is shown, it works fine.

Hi Priya,

There are no settings you can change, this is how the system works.

A simple workaround will be to search for the Hierarchy Node you want (in your example, H2) and select it (try to expand the tree which will make the H2 become in bold), then press clear (in the search grid) then you will see all of H2 children.
