Reading data from Excel

Hi,

I need to read the data from excel worksheet through transaction.

How to do this?

Senthil,

You can read data from the excel sheet.

For this you need to make new dataserver in MII. To do this you need UDS 4.0. In UDS 4.0 through OLEDB connector make connection to Excel.

Hi senthil,

you use a Windows server, you can use an ODBC connection to your Excel file. Then you can create a data server in conventional SAP MII.

Warning: an ODBC connection to an Excel file does not allow changes in it.
