When we transfer Global Outline Agreement from SRM to create or change the contract in R/3, if system finds error in the data, message will be stored in the bbpd_ctr_idocref table. This table is dynamic holds the information only if there is an issue or else this table remains clear.

You are very correct. What type of error it stores there? When it will store.

gimme some instances.

table BBPD_CTR_IDOCREF - this table msg number 019 means what it means dudes?. what is idoc_type =1,2,and 4 ? what it indicates? 4 only associate with 019 message number?

Note 1275400 - Message not deleted from bbpd_ctr_idocref after correction

When we transfer Global Outline Agreement from SRM to create or change the contract in R/3, if system finds error in the data, message will be stored in the bbpd_ctr_idocref table. Though we correct the error and retransfer the Global Outline Agreement, these messages are not deleted from the idoc reference table which inturn set the status distribution incorrect in SRM.

please explain . what to do with note. for your help is required. will it delete all entries in the table? or infuture only it will delete?

This note place is important role in GOA status right?

i believe this note should implement in ECC side.

should this note delete only 019 only contract or all entries in the table?

what is the good practice in your system . Do you have any entries in this table in ECC?
