SRM to SAP integration

Hi,

I would like to know how this SRM EBP and SAP backend are integrated. I am looking the way its linked. SRM document information is transfered to SAP by Idoc(what is the message type ?) or any other way.

I have issue like Creation shopping cart with attachment and Its not transfered to SAP.

I have checked in SRM these attachements are exists in BBP_PD transaction. Not in SAP CV03N,

Hello Gopi,

PO transfer from SRM to R/3 system happens thru BAPI call.

PR transfer from R3 to SRM happens thru BAPI call.

Goods Receipt and Invoice docs are transferred from SRM to R3 thru IDocs.

Hi,

BAPI RFC call is also used. It depends on ERP backend version.

Please check the entry in the table BBP_FUNCTION_MAP.

The message types for IDOC MCGMCR _ GR

BBPIV_LIV etc. Please check.
