Need your help to know , how the mass condition maintenance can be loaded APO in mass? Is there any standard program, BAPI or FM to do so ?

Hi Rahul,
1) Try using transaction /SAPAPO/ATP_GCM and /SAPCND/GCM
Use copy and insert options for multiple records
2) Try function module /SAPCND/TST_CREATE_CND_OW
