Operating System for MDM 7.1

Hi,

Currently, I have WIndows XP Professional installed on my Laptop. I want to upgrade it to Windows 7. I want to know whether SAP MDM 7.1 new release will work with Wndows 7.0. What is the best operating system for running SAP MDM 7.1?

Does anyone know where can i find the Product matrix for SAP MDM?

Hi Shaikil,

As per SAP MDM PAM, Windows 7 is still not supported officialy (meaning that it could work but it is not officially supported).

As for the best operating system for running SAP MDM 7.1 - that will be judgment call :). For MDM Servers - MDM 7.1 Supports Win64 and Unix Servers (AIX, HP-UX etc.). As for MDM Clients - XP and Vista are supported.
