I'm configuring Autoprovisioning. The guide saysIn the Provisioning - Old Roles Delimit Duration fields, enter a length of time for

transitioning from an old position to a new position.

What does it mean "from an old position to a new position"

We do not have HR module.

If you do not have HR then you may not consider automatic HR triggers for role provisioning as part of your scope.

However, I would pay attention to the validity dates which you assign to the roles as these will be transferred to the backend system.

I understand that statement to say that it is possible to have a delimit period that can be used to allow for roles to be automatically delimited.

In the Provisioning - Old Roles Delimit Duration by default I see 14 days.

Does this mean that after 14 days roles will be automatically delimited.

How can I disable this option if I don't want to specify a durartion?

Hi,

You don't have to worry about this option, if you are not using Position based (strcutural) security.
