problem to login in German

Hello folks,

I have a problem to login in German language.

We installed a new PI system 7.11 SPS3 without any specialities.

When I now try to login via SAP GUI in German (DE) I get he error message "Select one of the installed languages"

I checked SMLT - German is installed

I set profile parameter zcsa/installed_languages = DE

As anybody an idea what i going wrong here?

have you already logged in as you say you have looked at SMLT ?

I checked SMLT - German is installed I set profile parameter zcsa/installed_languages = DE

What does the system log tell you - sm21 - or from the file SLOGJ on O/S file system ?

hi folks,

problem is solved.

I had to call tranaction I18N

I18N Menu -> I18N Customizing -> I18N Systemconfiguration and here I had to add German into the language list...

Never heard about that but is works. olution was provided by the SAP support.

Hi everybody,

I had the same problem after upgrading CRM 7.0EHP1 to EHP3.

After adding German to the language list in transaction I18N a logon with language DE was possible.

Hi,

German and English are installed by default. Try to login with language 'DE'. this you can enter on the logon screen after password field.

BTW, you did not specify what the problem is.

this is exactly what I a am trying and what does not work.

I am getting the error message I mentioned above....
