Hi,
I have a requirement. I am unable to access SAP.
In customer master I have mentioned Sales office - eg: 123
While creating a sales order if I have not entered sales office 123 automatically sales office 123 will be determine. However If I have enetered a different sales office like 456 at order creation and save the order. Will the sales office be overwrite to 123 or will it remains to 456?
Keeping in mind all the necessary configuration settings are done.
Thanks.
Hello,
As per SAP process, these relevant data shall flow from Master record to Sales Document. When you have manual entries in the Sales Order, like for example Sales Office then manual value will be taken into account for further process of the Sales Document.

Hey Victor Collins,
Your sales office which you assigned in the customer master will be overwritten by the manual entry while creating the sales order.
If you dont want that to be done then you can code in the user exit.
In the user exit you can check the value from the customer master and then you can use the same value or use the manual entry as per the requirement.
User exit : MV45AFZZ (Include)

Hi,
Normally, the SALES OFFICE is derived from the Customer master
You can overwrite the Sales office while processing the sales order.
All the MASTER DATA can be overwritten at the document level.
