Problem in Credit Master

Hi,

For one particular customer, values in the field Sales Value and Credit Exposure is not getting populated. In the test client it is working fine

Please advise me if you come across this situation. How to rectify it.

Check the following.....

weather customer is maintained in T-Code FD32

weather customer is assigned to Credit Control Area (Customer sales Area, Billing Tab) if not then first activate the credit control Area field through

SPRO -- FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING (NEW) -- A/C RECEVIABLE AND PAYBALE -- CUSTOMER ACCOUNT -- PREPARATION FOR CREATING CUSTOMER MASTER DATA -- DEFINE SCREEN LAYOUT PER ACTIVITY

here click on "maintain customer centrally for t-code XD01/XD02 for change"

in go to sales area then billing then make credit control area from display to optional
