Hello:

I have a stand-alone SAP J2EE Engine 6.40 at SP07 installed ony my server. I want to know if I am running UME 4.0? How do I know the version and configure UME for my J2EE Engine. Thanks for your help.

I will check out your link. Do you know how to find the version of UME? I want to know if the version is UME 4.0? Any log file at the OS level with the UME version info or from the front-end GUI?

The short of it is it is there but not activated if you ahven't explicitly done so. The article above explains the steps to get it set up. Very simple.

Hi,

EP SP2 was supplied by UME 4.0.

On NW04 (6.40), the name declaration has changed, so we have here UME 6.40.
