Release Key

Hi Gurus

I really need all the help I can get.

We have restore our Prod systems backup on the QA system. Change the SID.

Now the system is telling me I must do a secure store migration (Note: 816816).

My question is: Where do I get the Release Key?

You'll get the key from SAP Marketplace -> Keys & requests -> Migration Keys -> Secure Store Migration

Thanks a lot for your quick response.

Have you ever done a secure store migration before, because I do not seem to have any luck with it?

I full in all the required fields and execute it. At the bottom it tells me the following: "Migration is not required"

Still there is red lights that tells me the following "Missing or unsuitable migration key for entry /SLD/HTTP/PWD/ALIAS/SAP_CONFIG"

Then when I want to maintain it, bombs out with the following "System-dependent data for entry /SLD/HTTP/PWD/ALIAS/SAP_CONFIG changed: ECP / ECQ"

I also can`t get into transaction sxmb_adm. The program terminates with a runtime error.

Any help will be appreciated?

Solved, I did not find any option except to delete that entry and edit SLDAPICUST.

Hi ,

The entry can be deleted from the secstore.

1)double click the entries in red below the sectore.

2)you will find the entries in the right hand side

3) Select the entries and then click on the delete icon.

4) Confirm and delete
