XML error

Hi experts

i'm trying to to send mine active questionnaires but an internal error when parsing an XML: unexpected symbol; expected '<', '</', entity refe (1.216,507) is blocking me!!!!

but i'm not usign symbols n questionnaires!!!

am i missing a customizing step about xml?

How is your XML encoded? Maybe you should try a different encoding: ISO-8859-1 (if that's sufficient), UTF-8 or UTF-16.

Hi,

I have the same problem and i would like to know how can i see the XML encoding in order to check if it is in  ISO-8859-1 or UTF-8/16 ?
