Discount on sales order elapsed time

Dear Gurus,

I have a requirement where i have to include a new discount condition type in the pricing procedure.

This new discount has to calculated on the elapsed time such as if the document creation date is today i.e 16.Nov.2009

and the customers requested delivery date is 20.nov.2009. Business gives a low discount such as 10%.

If suppose document creation date is today 16.Nov.2009 and customer requested delivery date is after one month like on date 16.Dec.2009 Business gives the high discount as 20%.

This new discount has to fetch automatically in the sales order

Please somebody help me in finding a solution for this scenerio.
