"/BI0/9ATVERSION" is not a valid data type

Dear Gurus,

I'm building up APO DP from scratch and when activating the Planning Area by creating Time Series automatically based on the Storage Bucket Profile given there is an error in the system.

After executing the rporcess, it prompts a dump message in German where says: ·CREATE DATA: Der angegebene Typ "/BI0/9ATVERSION" ist kein gültiger Datentyp".

Could you please me to fix this?

PS: I'm using SCM 7.0 version with Support Package #3

Hi David,

Please Check your time series start date and your version creation date.

Time series start date should not before the version creation date.

Hi Kishore,

I checked what you said and anything new happened. I attach you some details:

· Version creation date: 12/11/2009 at 08:28:04 AM

· Time series horizon: 01/12/2009 to 31/12/2009

I'm still having the same error message everytime I try to execute that. I have tried as well running the process in batch and in foreground.

As the system is brand new, I'm thinking about asking system administration team to restart it as it was in the installation phase so everything is built from scratch.

PS: I have to say that the Spanish language was installed during the weekend. This was not happening last week when I checked basic functions were working with SCM 7.0 version.

When I came to the office this morning I found all my characteristics and Key Figures lost their descriptions so I had to set them up again.

Would you ask for a system reboot? Any idea will be appreciated.

Hi David,

Iam not sure whether it work or not if you reboot your system.

But try these bellow consistency checks after reboot or if you don't want reboot also do bellow consistency checks.

/SAPAPO/OM17- LIVECACH CONSISTENCY CHECK.

/SAPAPO/CONSCHCK - MODEL CONSISTENCY CHECK.

/SAPAPO/PSTRUCONS - PLANNING OBJECT STRUCTURE CONS CHECK.

/SAPAPO/TR32 - Storage buckets profile in the liveCache

Hi Kishore,

I already ran these Consistency Checks yesterday when the issue appeared, but anything has changed yet.

About the restoration of the system, now it's not possible because the CIF integration team has begun working on their APO and R3 relationships and SNP team has started their prototype as well.

Hi all,

I just wanted to inform you that the issue was finally solved.

The problem here was that the characteristic 9AVERSION was inactive in the Business Content. Now I have activated it by means of RSA1 transaction and everything is working for now.

Check whether the storage bucket profile is maintained

correctly and linked to planning area

Check whether entries available in table /BI0/9ATVERSION

Check whether planning version is maintained correctly

Check all relevant key figures are attached to planning

area
