APO -Alert

Hi,

I am using transaction /SAPAPO/AMON1 to see the details of alert. I am getting old date as a created on date for Alerts.

I needed to understand what it is?

Secondly where (which transaction) I can see the definition of alerts

Hi Joshi,

1) Please check your settings in offset under relative

time interval / Absolute time interval

2) Secondly, if in your system, if there are no alerts

during this period also you wont get any alerts based

on the existing data

3) For the product where alerts are not displayed, check

the same product view whether requirements and

receipts exist.

Hi Joshi,

1) You can see the definition of your alerts using transaction

/SAPAPO/AMON_SETTING.

2) Regarding the date of creation of alerts, the alerts will

get generated based on setting made under Period column

in transaction /SAPAPO/AMON_SETTING.

Hi,

I am not getting alerts with in defined validity of future i.e 07/27/2010 to 09/01/2010, under valid from & valid to columns, when I seen in SDP- Data base macro alerts.

Secondly I am getting creation on date of past 07/03/2008 in a separate column.

Please note the alert is using same Job. Please help
