OVS - display result table directly

I have implemented a search help using OVS. I have some search criteria as part of the search help for which I have provided some default value. When the user clicks on the search help the default value is displayed but only when the user clicks on 'Start Search' button the result table is displayed. Is there a way to display the result table as soon as the search help opens with the default criteria applied.

Hi,

Have you cheked the standrad component WDR_TEST_OVS....

I guess user needs to click on start search button....

WDR_TEST_OVS does not have an example like the one I need. How can we trigger the START_SEARCH event internally?

HI,

Im just exploring the use of wdr_ovs compoennet....In this component there is a SEARCH view right...In that start search button

there is a action associated with it...I'm just checking this part....

When the value is entered in the field, wither user needs to hit ENTER key or F4 to trigger the event..But ENTER key doesnot trigger any event...We need to use the F4 which inturn invokes the OVS event handler defined in our compoenent..

When the STARTSEARCH... is clicked one of these phases gets triggered,....we have to explore this way..
